Materials Methods: Ten patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) underwent PRP guided by ultrasonography. extent pain, tenderness TMJ masticatory muscles motion, mastication were thoroughly assessed beginning scheduled for next follow-up 2, 4, 12, 24 weeks. Results: USG-guided significantly effective improvements on movement. Statistics result demonstrated a significant reduction visual analog scale values rest Conclusion: upper space provided signs symptoms patient TMJ.
